As a community based Registered NDIS Provider, TOTAL REHAB® conducts in home services with participants which enables us to provide a comprehensive assessment of care and support needs. Services provided by TOTAL REHAB® are tailored to support the participant achieve their identified goals, promoting improved independence and empowering participation through therapeutic interventions.
TOTAL REHAB® has been working within the NDIS Framework since its’ rollout into regional NSW, followed by the Gold Coast. Over the years we have seen how important a holistic and integrated approach to service is, from initial consultation, assessment, trial and application. TOTAL REHAB® is proficient in assistive technology and home modification assessments, as well as comprehensive functional assessments which ultimately forms the foundation of a plan review.
TOTAL REHAB® offers services under Capacity Building budgets and are registered to provide the following support categories:
- Therapeutic Supports
- Home Modifications
- Assistive Equipment – Recreation
- Personal Mobility Equipment
- Assistive Products – Personal Care and Safety
