Total Rehab Education and Training
Total Rehab was founded in 2014 as a family-owned practice with a passion for seating, independence, and supporting clinicians working in complex healthcare environments. Originally delivering community-based Occupational Therapy services across Northern NSW and the Gold Coast, our focus has evolved in response to the growing pressures faced by therapists in today’s fast-paced and constantly changing industry.
After decades of hands-on experience in spinal and neurological care, we identified a consistent gap – therapists feeling overwhelmed by the demands of seating and wheelchair prescription, especially within the context of shifting funding schemes and limited access to post-graduate education. In response, Total Rehab has transitioned away from face-to-face therapy to focus exclusively on education and clinical support to practical resources, deliver targeted training, and offer supervision designed to meet therapists where they are … regardless of experience level.
Our goal is to simplify complexity, build clinical confidence, and support effective decision-making in seating practice. We’re here to help clinicians navigate the challenges of the healthcare system with clarity, support, and the tools they need to achieve better outcomes without the guesswork.
